Text:  Introduction to Real Analysis (fourth edition), by R. Bartle and D. Sherbert.

Class:    12085   MWF   10:30 - 11:18 AM, Central Classroom Building 222

Homework and quizzes:  Homework will be collected and then graded about once a week.  There will frequent quizzes, approximately one per week.
There will be no make-up quizzes, but your lowest quiz score will be discarded.
   
Exam Information:  All exams will be in our usual classroom, CC 222
    Exam 1:    Friday,  October  21             
    Exam 2:    Monday, November 21         
    Final Exam:     Dec. 7     9:30 - 11:18 AM    

Grading Scheme:
    Homework and quizzes    120 points
    Each exam                        100 points
    Final                                 200 points

First Exam:  Friday, Oct. 21,   Chapter 2 and Sections 3.1 - 3.3
Second Exam:  Monday, Nov. 21,  Chapter 3, Sections 3.3 - 3.7  (Particularly, 3.7 and comparison tests for nonnegative series)
        The 7th homework assignment has also been postponed until Monday.
