GENERAL INFORMATION

The text we use is Falkner’s  Mathematics 3345, Spring Semester 2018.

In the syllabus, each week of the semester has, among its assigned homework, three homework problem numbers marked by asterisks. These are the problems that have to be turned in for credit. Starting Wednesday, January 17th, and after that on every Monday, I will collect in class the solutions of the three asterisk-marked problems assigned in the preceding week.

Each of the three problems will be graded with a maximum of ten points. Partial credit will be given wherever appropriate, and errors marked in red.
