On Saturday, April 30, we are planning a banquet at Fairfield Inn,
starting at 7 p.m. The address is 3031 Olentangy River Road, and it is about
one-sixth of a mile south of University Plaza Hotel, on the other side of the
street.
The menu:
- garden fresh salad, with cucumbers, tomatoes, mixed cheeses & garlic
croutons served with a choice of two dressings;
- fresh fruit tray, with assorted melons and berries, pineapple & grapes,
served with fruit dip;
- fresh vegetable tray, with carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, peppers & celery
sticks, served with vegetable dip;
- pasta salad, potato salad;
- vegetable of the day, redskin potatoes;
- Damon's barbecue ribs, boneless chicken breast;
- rolls & butter, coffee, decaf or iced tea;
- Boston cream pie.
