My name is Elliot Paquette, and you've reached my personal homepage. I'm an assistant professor in the Mathematics department at The Ohio State University, in Columbus, Ohio. On this page, you'll find a summary of the mathematics in which I'm interested and information about courses I've taught. If you're a current student, you can find your course page here.
I am a probabilist. My focus is in random matrix theory. However, I have many other interests as well, especially in random spaces, both topological and geometric. Outside of probability, I have an interest in geometry, which you'll find in lots of my work. You can find more about the topics on which I've worked on the Research page.
Before coming to OSU, I was an NSF and ISF Postdoctoral fellow at the Weizmann Institute of Science, in Rehovot, Israel. Before that, I was a graduate student at the University of Washington. And before that, I was an undergraduate at Kalamzoo College. And I don't know what was going on before that.
